The content on Digest, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by Digest and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not use any of the content on Digest for commercial purposes without the express written consent of Digest.

Limitation of Liability

Digest is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that our service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. In no event shall Digest be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our service.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms of Service.
