The Digest Newsletter Reader is now in Beta

Digest's Newsletter Reader is officially here!

We've been working for close to 2 years on Digest, and the most requested feature we've received is to add a newsletter reader so people could bundle newsletters and consume them within their Digest account.

With the Digest newsletter reader, you will receive a custom Digest email address, something like yourname@mail.usedigest.com that you can now use to subscribe to any newsletter you want.

Digest will automatically become your inbox for newsletters. You can navigate to the newsletters page within your Digest account to see all of your newsletters where you can read them, search them, and archive them. Here are a couple of quick features of the newsletter reader:

  • Digest email address: Digest will now become your email newsletter reader. Use the provided email address to subscribe to newsletters and Digest will receive all of the emails.
  • Forward existing newsletters from Gmail: You can forward any of your existing newsletters that you receive in your Gmail account directly to Digest.
  • Add newsletters to your Daily Digest: If you're already using Digest to receive a personalized newsletter, then you can add our new newsletter source which will list out all of the newsletters you've received in the past few days.
  • See what's new: Each newsletter will be marked with a new label if you have not read it yet. Once you read it, the label will disappear.
  • Share newsletters: Click the share icon to copy a direct link to a newsletter that you can publicly share with anyone.
  • Archive newsletters: Once you read a newsletter, click the archive icon to archive it. Anytime you need to look back at something, just toggle to see all of the archived newsletters.
  • Search: Use the search bar to search through your newsletters to find a specific one.
